4. Incentive
Have you ever received a bid from another solar company? Did the process feel a little rushed or aggressive? There’s a reason for that. Many solar companies pay their sales associates on commission. And while they may have your best interests in mind, they’re also focused on their own paycheck. Dominion Energy Solutions Energy Advisors do not work on commission, which means we can work in your financial interest, not our own.
5. Production Guarantee
Solar companies will gladly pass along the manufacturer warranties and guarantee their workmanship. But do they offer a Production Guarantee? If you own your system and your annual energy production doesn’t reach at least 90% of our estimates in the first year, Dominion Energy Solutions will write you a check for the difference.
